Shipping and Sales Policy

We deliver Wonther pieces all around the world! See all the shipping costs and methods below.

Which payment methods are available?
To pay for your order, you can use these options: Credit Card, PayPal, MBWay, Referência MB or you can split your payment into smaller, bite-sized pieces with the respective service provider. 

Who is responsible for shipping my order?
Shipping is via MRW for Portuguese orders and DHL Express for international orders. 

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is 3,9€ for orders made in Portugal and free for orders over 75€. For other locations, the shipping costs are 9€. However, shipping is free for any worldwide location for orders over 115€.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
If the Wonther jewels are in stock, we’ll need 3 to 5 business days to prep and ship your order. Otherwise, if you ordered jewels that are out of stock, shipping can take from 2 to 6 weeks.

Is there a way to track my shipment status?
Yes. You can follow your shipment status using a code we’ll provide you with once your order is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you are free to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped, and your payment will be refunded.

To which countries do you ship Wonther Jewelry?
Wonther jewelry is shipped to USA , all European countries, Canada, Portugal, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Macau and Hong Kong. If you want to order for other destinations, please contact us via hello@wonther.com.
